1. Device Automation & Operating System Limits

My Digital Ads operates locally on your Android handset. The reliability and timing of automated responses (SMS and WhatsApp) depend on device state, battery optimization settings, network connectivity, and manufacturer-specific OS power management policies (e.g., Xiaomi MIUI/HyperOS, Samsung One UI, Realme UI, Vivo Funtouch OS). While our setup wizard assists users in whitelisting background services, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted delivery if the device operating system kills background processes or loses network service.

2. Cellular Carrier & Message Charges

All automated SMS messages dispatched by the application are transmitted through your physical SIM card(s) using your subscribed cellular provider plan. Standard SMS tariffs, roaming rates, or SMS quotas imposed by your telecom operator apply. Users are solely responsible for carrier costs, daily plan limits, and recharging their active telecom connections.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Anti-Spam (TRAI & Applicable Laws)

Users must comply with all national and local telecommunications laws, including TRAI guidelines, DND (National Do Not Call Registry) regulations, and commercial communication laws. My Digital Ads is intended strictly for 1-to-1 customer follow-ups and business inquiries. The use of this software for unsolicited promotional broadcasting, harassment, bulk spamming, or fraudulent messaging is strictly forbidden and constitutes a breach of our terms.

4. Mini Website & Third-Party Integrations

Our digital mini websites, catalog orders, and Google Review Booster tools link to third-party services including WhatsApp, UPI payment apps, and Google Business Profiles. We do not control Google's review algorithm or WhatsApp's account enforcement policies. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the authenticity and legality of goods or services offered through their mini websites.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Digital Ads Technologies and its developers shall not be liable for any lost sales, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from telecom network downtime, handset misconfiguration, third-party platform changes, or user non-compliance with carrier regulations.
